Austin Country Flea - Austin, TEXAS
One of the oldest and largest flea markets in Texas, this market shills goods running the gamut from vintage jewelry and accessories to an eclectic selection of Mexican pottery and used Western gear.
The Flea market currently has over 300 vendor spaces, live music every weekend, concessions available. Covered & paved walkways (come out rain or shine), ATM and clean restrooms.
Keep in mind that the Austin Country Flea Market has been losing some of its shine overtime: many visitors leave the place disappointed. Some say this place is nothing but a low end retail for Mexican imports, where real antiques can hardly be found, and which is saturated with cheap toys and knock-off brands.
Don’t go there expecting to see a lot of garage sale items, as there are few funky old furniture or items that remind of yesterday.
